Justin Howell was peacefully protesting in Austin when he was shot with a rubber bullet and suffered permanent brain damage. APD admitted to "accidentally" shooting him while aiming at someone else.

Tamir Rice was murdered by police, and a grand jury dismissed the case. The officer who killed him was recently rehired. Tamir would be graduating with the class of 2020 were he still alive today.
