Our thoughts create our reality

Most people understand the idea of this but dont innerstand how this really works.....until now

The mass collective worldwide is starting to wake up & this will change the way we live as human being ⬇️⬇️⬇️
If you think your thoughts have something to do with your future & you think on average 60-70k thoughts in a day, understand that if 90% of the thoughts are the same thoughts as the day before then your life isnt going to change very much as long as you're thinking the same way
These same thoughts lead to the same choices

These same choices lead to the same behaviors

Same behaviors create the exact same expierence

And we anticipate the same feelings/emotions from those expierences

Those emotions are the payoff of our stagnant thoughts
All while this is happening, our biology, neural circuitry, chemistry, hormones, & even gene expression will be EQUAL to how we think, act, & feel

And how we think, act, & feel is called our personality

Our personality creates our PERSONAL REALITY

That's all it is!
So the present personality reading this right now, has created the present personality called their life

If you can latch onto these ideas & if you want to create a new life (personal reality), You have to change your personality

Start becoming conscious of your daily thoughts!
We have to become conscious of our unconscious habits, actions, & behaviors & modify them

Start looking at your daily emotions that keep you connected to the past & decide if those emotions belong in your future

And if they dont, it's time for a conscious change
Most people are trying to create a new personal reality as the same personality...but that doesnt work

You literally have to become someone else

"Nerve cells that fire together, wire together"

People have hardwired themselves to the familiar feeling of "themselves" (identity)
The moment we decide to do something differently, we end up feeling discomfort & this uncertainty (unknown) is what people are afraid of

They'd rather live in predictivity rather than taking a chance on possiblity

Their mind/body has becomes programmed to the past
Meditation is a great way to deprogram yourself

To meditate means, to become familiar with, so as you become familiar with your thoughts you become conscious of how you think/speak, act, & feel & this will help you change those unwanted programs instilled within you
However mediation is a 24/7 state we must be in, not just 10 mins in the morning/night

If you get on the highway, someone cuts you off & you react like before, you're returning back to the old self

Our job is to sustain that modified state of mind & body the entire day
If you can do this, get ready because something different/unusual is going to begin to happen in your life & it will come as a coincidence or synchronicity & those are bread crumbs from the divine saying "you're on the path, just keep doing it" & you'll start trusting the process
So this is the formula, that science/spirtuality knows, that if you apply to your life, you'll begin to see those changes

Many studies have been done & its literally the future of human thinking

We are conscious beings but we lose ourselves in the mundane of the day to day
