Let me address a few things.
There's a difference between rape, molestation, and sexual assault. A lot of you guys are getting the three confused.
Molestation: is the act of TOUCHING anyone up to 18

Sexual assault: an act of violence committed by a person in order to feel power over another person. Example, unwanted kissing, groping, or coerced,sexting

Rape is sexual activity that is forced on a person without their OK
With that being said you may have not raped someone but you may have sexual assualted them.
To the ladies please please if you have i'll intent, do not FALSELY ACCUSE anyone. These are serious crimes and you can get in trouble also for it.
