America needs a Transportation infrastructure overhaul. Which I think would solve most of our problems.

Let's start with something raw and current.
Black people getting abused in America.
Systemic racism isn't a simple thing that can be deleted with the push of a button, but imagine what would happen, if people could cheaply and easily move to whatever city or county they wanted/

Governor/mayor in a city is crappy? Move out!
With our current infrastructure, this is very difficult, and for those who are unemployed, practically impossible.

When people vote with their wallets, politicians respond like a dog being called to eat treats.

Get the message "make your town welcoming, or you will be poor"

Another aspect to this is having it be easier to move further away from centers of commerce and jobs without compromising so much on quality of life
