J Cole is talking about how a person (in the song it is a woman) from privilege (good background, lucky to have educated parents that educated her on the struggles for civil rights and liberties, put her through good school) is "Angry" at brothers.
This privileged person is angry at brothers that are not educated/informed the same way she is. She is angry at them being ignorant. Basically she is angry at brothers who dont have the same privilege as she has.
J Cole is saying "educate not intimidate" the brothers.
We dont all come from the same background. We are not all blessed with knowledge which becomes power. It is pointless to get "angry" at a person that doesn't have the same privilege you do.
It is even worse to alienate them and condescend them during these protests.
The only issue is that J Cole chose a woman to be the point of reference.
Black Women being the most vulnerable/at risk in our community and thus being the most vocal (justifiably) did not need to be at the centre of that track.
