I'm asking for the governments in these states to get concerned and start advocating forcefully that everyone take this seriously. Mask up, distance, limit discretionary activities, wash hands, etc. Lead by example as well.

Finally, increased cases would not be as concerning if we were seeing massively increased testing and falling positivity rates.
