Since nepotism in Bollywood is the topic of discussion for these days. Here is a thread about why you should despise Hollywood as well for the same. If you think Hollywood isn't as flawed as Bollywood if not more, I hope this thread changes your perception.
Let's talk about some popular faces of Hollywood who are products of Nepotism. I will be adding other aspects of nepotism after making a list of the "nepo-kids" of Hollywood.
1 - Robert Downey, Jr.

He doesn't need an introduction. Your favourite Iron Man whom you love 3000 is a product of nepotism. His father Robert Downey, Sr. is a retired actor, director, writer, producer and cinematographer. His mother Elsie Ford is also an actress and a writer.
2 - Kristen Stewart

Popularly known for her portrayal of Bella in Twilight, Kristen is the daughter to John Stewart, a movie producer and Jules Mann-Stewart, a screen-writer.
3 - Drew Barrymore

Just like we have the Kapoor family, Drew Barrymore belongs to the Barrymore family, an American "acting" family. You might know her as the child actress from E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
4 - Jaden Smith

An actor and a rapper, popularly known for movies like The Pursuit of Happyness and The Karate Kid, he is the son of Will Smith (you all know him).
5 - Julia Roberts

One of the most popular American actress known for movies and series like Pretty Woman and Homecoming, her father Eric Roberts is an actor as well.
6 - Angelina Jolie

Needs no introduction I guess, her father John Voight is an actor and her mother Marcheline Bertrand is an actress.
7 - Dakota Johnson

Her mother Melanie Griffith is an actress. Her father Don Johnson is an actor. A product of NEPOTISM.
8 - Jennifer Aniston

You all know her as Rachel. Her father John Aniston is an American-Greek actor and her mother Nancy Dow is an American actress. Again, a product of nepotism.
9 - Matthew Perry

Another one from Friends, Chandler. His father John Bennett Perry is an American actor and a singer.

10 - Josh Brolin

We all know him as Thanos. His father James Brolin was an actor. His mother Jane Cameron Agee was an actress.
There are many, many such examples. "Nepokids" in Hollywood.

Before I begin the other part of my thread, people are in my mentions saying "but they are talented", well you sure all of them are talented? You sure Ranbir, Alia, Kareena and others aren't "talented"?
The same thing for which you all bash Bollywood, you guys came running in my mentions defending them, the Holly "nepokids". Why?
Aren't they privileged like our star-kids? Yes you'll say they have to prove themselves. Yes, Uday Chopra could not prove himself as well.
You all pretend as if Bollywood is the most rotten place on this planet (lol). Nothing good happens here, but trust me Hollywood is nastier. The politics, racism, favoritism, crimes, drugs and all - you turn a blind eye to those, right? You still went and watched a RDJ film.
Ok so here's the second part of the thread. The Hollywood Movie Families. Boycott them as well (maybe).
1 - The Barrymores.

An American "acting family".
2 - The Coppolas

A big family (considering the extended family), an acting family.
3 - The Chaplins

Charlie Chaplin had 11 children out of which 8 of them joined the industry. And his children have starred in movies and series like Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and GOT.
4 - The Wayans

An American show business family consisting of a number of directors, screenwriters, comedians and actors.
Ending this thread with the most popular family in the entertainment industry.

5 - The Kardashians and Jenners

Are they really worth the hype?
Now that I have listed some "nepo-kids" and families that rule the entertainment Industry in the west, the point of this long thread was - If we are against nepotism and privilege in Bollywood, we must be against it in Hollywood.
There's no point in selective outrage. And stop believing that all, literally all of the privileged in Hollywood are deserving.
At the end, its completely in the hands of the audience to make a person successful in the entertainment industry.
Hype whoever you want to, all that matters is talent. Boycotting talented privileged people is stupidity.
Please note that this thread doesn't take trivialise the struggles of an outsider. If you all think so...
