So early morning text conversations with coworkers have led us to decide that we need to a tool to help guide us through looking at curricular units with an anti-racist lens in order to make changes in said curriculum. What do you all have in terms of such a thing?

I’m thinking we will need to create our own to meet our specific needs, but I know there are amazing resources out there already.

So I am starting to think what we need is a document with three columns: Questions to consider, current state of this unit, and then changes we can make/resources we can use. I am leaving this here purely for my own purposes so I don’t forget where my own thinking is.
