Changing these best practices for RCTs, as if a dangerous pandemics of 6 months of evolution could have RCTs so fast and not other good evidences.

I don't know certainly, but I have the feeling that lots of hospitalizations and deaths could be avoided if doctors have praticed more Medicine instead being worried of RCTs in times where RCTs are not the gold standard, because time is running and time is life.
