If men in power truly wanted positive change towards inequality imo it would have happened already. It wasn't so long ago women didn't have the right to vote in Canadian elections (January 28, 1916). Let that sink in women have only had the right to vote for 104 years !
Meanwhile politicians still want to debate women rights over their own bodies in 2020. In 2018, female employees aged 25 to 54 earned $4.13 (or 13.3%) less per hour, on average, than their male counterparts. In other words these women earned $0.87 for every dollar earned by men.
Having a penis does not make you smart, stronger or grants you the right to make decisions for others.
