"Even if you do not feel yourself to be guilty of X, you have benefitted from the X of others"

"Even if you don't think you are guilty of X, you are actually guilty because of a privileged position in the system of X"
Kafkatraps work by distracting the accused away from the fact that they themselves have done nothing wrong.

Kafkatrapping is emotional abuse.
The emotional abuse angle of kafkatrapping needs to be understood, highlighted, and people using it on you need to be called out as emotional abusers.
