Looking for ways to boost your confidence, lose the excess body fat and live an awesome healthy lifestyle?

1. Workout.

It does't matter what it is, walk the dog, do some push-ups, some sit-ups.

The trick here is finding what works for YOU.

There are plenty of free plans on the internet or @TheForeverFit would be glad to offer some advice!
2. Eat clean 75% of the time.

Diets suck.

But you don't!

Eat healthy, tasty foods around 75% of the time and the remaining calories eat your favorite foods.

& if you binge or fall off the wagon, just forget about it and hop back on ASAP.

Food is fuel.
3. Intermittent fast.

Try it.

It has changed so many people's lives for the better.

If you don't like it, move on, try something different.

It will help you effortlessly shred excess body fat without compromising your lifestyle.

It also boosts productivity and focus.
4. Listen to audio books or read.

Knowledge is power right?

Social media can be so toxic sometimes.

Try and read a few pages a day or listen to 20-30 minutes when you're driving in the car.

Self-help, business, sci-fi, whatever floats your boat mate!
5. Be positive.

Have you ever been around anyone who complains 24/7 and judges every person they come across?

I have, and it sucks.

Everyone's got their own daily battles, don't add to it.

Rather, make them laugh, smile and feel good about themselves, lift them up!
6. Use the work/reward system.

I use this ALL the time.

I need to send emails?

Have to go to work for a few hours?

Easy. Get the work done and plan your reward afterwards.

Whatever you enjoy, TV shows, gaming...

The trick is doing the work first, then reward after.
7. Take care of your hygiene.

Shower once a day, put on deodorant and brush your teeth... come on man the ladies don't like a guy who stinks like an old sock.

Get a new haircut, shave that beard you've been trying to grow for the last 6 months.
8. Simplify your wardrobe.

Get rid of clothes you don't wear anymore.

General rule, if you haven't worn in last 6-12 months give it away.

You can even sell your older clothes and use the money to purchase some new items!
9. Help others.

Sounds cliche, I know.

But seriously, you got a buddy who needs help moving?

Someone has had a rough week and needs some advice?

Someones stranded somewhere and needs a ride?

Do it.

Cause guess what, one day you'll need help too.

It will boomerang.
10. Stop lying to yourself.

Sometimes we get in this endless loop of convincing ourselves that our diet "isn't that bad" or that we've "totally killed our workouts this week"

Have you really analyzed it?

What could you improve on?

Take a second to reflect. Be introspective.
If you want to:

+Stay motivated
+Boost productivity
+Eat the foods you love
