Can everyone just stop asking me why I didn’t look a drug up over 10 years ago.
1) I was very ill & so desperate to die
2) I didn’t have a smart phone or internet access
3) I didn’t have any relationships with people that did
4) being homeless was my biggest concern

Also, at a time where I’m not deemed to have capacity, how the fuck is it my responsibility to ask?

It’s medical negligence. It’s their responsibility.

Also meds were secondary dispensed by my CHMT or HTT and given to me directly.
No pharmacy, no leaflet.

Can you also stop asking about the leaflet because NO meds leaflets explain what will happen during withdrawal.
