Abled-bodied tends to make people think of physical disabilities only so it excludes a big chunk of disabled people.
It is also possible to be not fit & be non-disabled or be fit and disabled.

I should add that ‘fit’ itself is a whole other ableist mess to unpack.
And if you want to refer to privilege, abled privilege works - no need to add ‘bodied.’
