Using Track and Trace? Make the status updates say something about what's happening to the package. Don't keep them vague to cover your arse. And update more than once a day. Especially when it's valuable. Otherwise you might as well not offer the service. #ecommerce #webshops
I understand the corona delays. But it's usually fine to at least let people know the order is still in storage and where it is. Imagine: the new gaming consoles will be shipping soon. Don't you want to tell people where the expensive box without insurance is currently located?

Consoles especially are often stolen during shipment. So in a way, you'll be covering your arse by letting customers know exactly where the box is located all the time.
