BTW this is the 3rd white GOP elected @StribOpinion has published in 2 days. (Dean Urdahl defending statue process & Pete Stauber defending cops on Tuesday). Monday, white DFLer defending Gone With the Wind. Other ex-cops on Saturday & Thursday. No young black writers in 11 days.
I’m just piling on now but if @StribOpinion would truly display diversity of thought, they’ll find more writers of color arguing for or explaining abolition. The paper’s editorials aren’t for that. Their GOP ops writers aren’t for that. Result: very little “opposite editorial.”
