For anyone who hasn't explored, CMPD has a good amount of data already publicly available. It reveals some pretty damning information. Since 2005, there have been 85 officer-involved shootings and 68% of individuals involved were Black.
18% were White; 10% Hispanic; and 1 Asian person was shot.
Out of the 85 incidences, 30 (35%) of the shootings were fatal. Of fatal shootings, 17 were Black men (57%). 1 Black woman was fatally shot, the only female to have been shot out of all 85 incidences. That was in 2015.
