My reason for mentioning this is whenever @TenthAmendment cites someone like Thomas Jefferson, a decent amount of people say anything he supported - primarily decentralization - is bad…because…racism.
But they don’t do the same for racists like FDR who wanted centralization.

If they were consistent on this, you’d hear things like “social security is a racist program!"
Or maybe, they'd point out that FDRs "life raft for agriculture" was one of those centralized programs that had devastating impact - and Helped Rich White People and Corporations Steal Land from Poor Black Farmers.
