-group at the time, they let him pass the audition. although mingyu passed the audition for his visuals, he still had to work extremely hard to ensure his debut. mingyu had little to no skill in music or dancing when he first joined pledis but through the years-

-of intense practice and hard work, he started becoming skilled in areas such as singing, rapping and dancing. mingyu has one of the best stage presences in svt and hes so good at performing which proves to show that all his effort did pay off and he proved himself-

-to be more than JUST the visual of svt and successfully made his debut with the rest of the group! mingyu is extremely skilled n talented and deserves to given more credit beyond his visuals

2. mingyu all rounded

mingyu is so talented honestly!!! the snapshoot mv he dropped? rmb the credits scene? mingyu did all that on his own!! he deserves so much more hype for all the things he's able to do and for all the things hes so talented in :,)

mingyu is a singer rapper dancer composer lyricist visual actor model emcee multilingualist excellent in photography videography editting filming styling drawing art he created the bongbong mascot pl3dis capitalises off!! this guy can start a whole company

being part of hhu means mingyu's role in the team is more focused on rap, however, for his ideal cut solo mingyu decided to step out of his boundary to sing a beautiful song for carats instead and .. like the beginning was such a beautiful serve

3. mingyu's passion

mingyu's passion and eagerness and love for learning and his hobbies is what drew me to him .. he is one of the most motivated n hardworking ppl ive seen in my life he made me want to find my purpose and my passion as well and i will always admire him for it

mingyu always learned the point dances of each grp's choreo for their inki interview segment and he always danced along with them.. he did MORE than he had to, and thats what made him SO special

5. mingyu's respect for others

mingyu is so respectful to both his juniors and seniors alike its no wonder so many ppl in the industry love him and he socialises so easily with staff n other idols and the way he treats everyone with kindness n respect is smth we can learn from

mingyu constantly getting clowned by his members, yet he truly loves them like family and genuinely cares for each of them and they are his motivation and inspiration

and it can be seen from snapshoot mv which felt like a love letter to them and their youth and its so beautiful i think in htr we saw how he immediately noticed cheol's condition and how he also tried to do his part to carry the team
