VA ABC store is such a scam. I wanted a $28 bottle of B&B Brandy (to dip cigars in). It's freaking $41 at ABC. I'd frankly be fine with ABC despite it being antiquated and unnecessary if it wasn't such a blatant cash grab so much of the time. The price isn't prohibitive, I can
still buy the bottle for the extra $13 if I really want it, but it's 2020, why in the hell do we still have to go through a government monopoly to buy liquor. Freaking Maryland has no ABC stores & if we should be limiting anyone's ability to get liquor and then get in a car.....
