It's the tap water that is causing your hair fall and itchy skin (the most) because of the chlorine, not your lack of nutrition only, ur shampoo is helping it with its chemicals that are the same in the water , that makes ur hair fall immediately, Stop taking supplements and make
hair masks for hair growing and thickness, it all doesnt work unless u install a water
filter for chlorine removal, use organic shampoo or soap too!
Dont trust and let anything powder enter your house, the more powdery it is the more corrupted, buy whole food and grind them yourself stop being lazy.
Telling a doctor that a plant based diet could cure diabetes, cholesterol, cancer, and more diseases is his biggest enemy, so you read it well, your food addiction is not going to help you, thinking you are not addicted to drugs doesnt mean you are not bc ur food has drugs too.
Coffee is helping ur depression and ur anxiety grow bigger in ur brain because of how much fatness & saturated fats it has, it contains gelatin that it all causes ur brain a mental damage, so if you keep asking why am I depressed today? Dont blame it all on yourself,
a healthy mind needs a healthy body, unless its pure organic coffee with nothing added.
This generation has 80% high risk in getting diabetes, cholesterol and cancer because of their consumption of processed meat, chicken, hotdogs, nuggets...all kinds of dairy food..... etc, consuming them is the same things as smoking cigarette.
Sugar, white rice, and white wheat are the family of cancer, u eat them, u give birth to thousand cells. And every product u eat that has them, read the ingredients before buying, stop the hurry, life can wait but ur health cannot.
Thinking that owning a disease genetically is the biggest lie! U can own the same disease as ur parents, but that doesnt mean u are going to die just like they did! By changing your lifestyle diet and habits you can cut it off &not sync it to ur kids.
You are also raising the genetic disease with what you eat, so its no genetic anymore its your food
Stop thinking that breakfast is only dairy food and eggs and milk and cereal dor the morning, (that stupid delusional healthy) it could be what u cook for lunch or dinner u can have for breakfast as long as its healthy. Its all a government made diet, make your own!
Whatever the media or the doctor tells u to do, do the opposite because it's the truth
