Reading sexual assaults exposé on twitter, noticing victims feeling helpless.

Please know that if you had been sexually assaulted, especially if it had just happened, and you are scared and confused, you can come to Emergency Dept of any gov hospitals. We are trained to help you
If you feel uncomfortable approaching the male staff at the triage counter (majority of times male medics are put on duty there), you can ask for a female medics or nurses to talk to.

You can be discreet. Just tell the staff "Ada lelaki sentuh saya. Boleh tolong saya?"
You will be whisked away by a female nurse into a dedicated consultation room, away from the crowd.

We provide temporary shelter, your well-being will be assessed. We normally advice you to make a police report, this is totally up to you.
If police report is made, police with the help of our doctors may proceed with further examination and evidence collection.
Through the social worker, we can also facilitate arrangements of safe houses, counselling for emotional support, and connect you to many other services.
It's basically a one-stop crisis centre, which is exactly what we name the service, OSCC.

It's also the service used to treat and assess victims of domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and many more.
It may take a long wait in the room, it takes time when we have to coordinate doctors, police and forensics, but it's for the greater good that we build a solid prosecution case, should there be legal action.
Again, this service is available in all Emergency Departments in all government hospitals. We are open 24/7/365 (366 on leap years).

Use this service. Let everyone know.
One last thing. Orang lelaki, berhenti jadi binatang. Jangan rogol dan cabul perempuan.
