Dan is now against taking down Confederate statues. He literally supports idols.

Dan, how does it feel knowing that the only supporters you have left are people who lack the integrity to learn about the topics you address and just look for validation through your Ivy degrees? https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1272868563980869644
Dan spent Ramadan spreading coronavirus conspiracies while a Muslim woman was completing a 5 year Islamic studies program. Dan, who has no formal Islamic training, negated her education bc she posted a picture in modest clothing announcing his graduation. https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1272502320681623552?s=19
Dan insists that everybody in the Muslim community has changed, except for him. He's the same as he's ever been. It's not like he used to praise and promote the same people who he attacks today, who share the same views that he promoted a couple years ago. https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1272735961823281152?s=19
Dan platforms ex-Muslims who actively spread anti-Muslim hate so he can "debate" them, bringing them to vulnerable Muslim youth whose faith may be shaken. But it's okay, bc his debate points can protect their faith. Don't watch Sheikh Omar Suleiman though! https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1272528208198610946?s=19
Dan invalidates people's knowledge because he wants people to think he's on the same level as them. He dishonestly represents their actions and plays to the fears and anxieties of his uneducated audience. He is an entertainer, not a meaningful commentator. https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1271287321434812422?s=19
Dan believes it's okay to misrepresent his intellectual opponents because it's all in the name of calling people to truth. He is serving the "greater good." It's okay if he stretches the truth or hurts some feelings, it's okay to neglect the Sunnah, because his goals are higher.
Dan is an Ivy League graduate who makes his living preaching primarily to immigrants and people in Muslim countries who are protective of misogynistic cultural practices & fear "Western" influence, but they only respect him because of his Western credentials. Inferiority complex.
"Daniel Haqiqatjou" is a persona created by Dan Jou (his actual last name) to come on the internet and pretend he's a superhero spreading and seeking "haqiqat," meaning truth. We shouldn't even acknowledge that moniker.
Dan knows that his audience is primarily emotionally and sexually frustrated men who desire female attention and struggle to get it in a way that fits their morals. That's why he sells them marriage courses and does free marriage seminars to entice them. https://twitter.com/Haqiqatjou/status/1270389895358529536?s=19
Dan has appointed himself as the individual responsible for holding "celebrity imams" accountable, but who will hold Dan the Celebrity Critic accountable?
Dan Jou is a white-passing dude with a white-passing name whose claim to fame is having an Ivy League Masters degree and publishing articles in Western liberal media outlets like CNN and the Washington Post.

This mediocrity is your spokesperson for Islamic tradition? Get real.
Dan doesn't need gentle, respectful, private advice, or specific points of correction and criticism. He has received that for years, from myself and others, in person and online. There is a social harm to treating him like a legitimate commentator. He's a harmful entertainer.
Dan fans are in my mentions. If you want to have a legitimate convo my DMs are open, I'd be happy to have a phone call w you. Rude and spammy tweeters get blocked. Won't be debating on the TL bc I think Dan fans need one-on-one private convos to break out of the cage they're in.
