Both Flynn’s lawyer and the gov’t’s lawyer argue that Flynn’s case should be dismissed—that his lies to the FBI were immaterial to the case. But this statement contradicts many of the Gov’t’s own previous filings which states the opposite—that his lies were material to the case.
So who’s been pushing to dismiss Flynn’s case with no jail time for Flynn for lying to the FBI?
