Though Federalist Society members hide behind "originalism," what they're actually doing is trying to restore an America where the wealthy, white elite are unchained by the law and everyone else is constrained by the totality of power.

The problem here is that American history has been manipulated and turned into propaganda, which means the facts are hidden and fascists like Trump and the Federalist Society can hide behind myths and legends designed to hide the brutality, fascism, and ugliness of our past.
