Covering a remote hearing where the clerk can see the judge but can't hear him, the QC can hear the judge but can't see him, and the judge can't hear anyone.
Annoyingly, I can see and hear everyone. Might suggest I hear the case myself and make a judgment.
Update: Two experienced and highly-skilled QCs are currently watching a judge and clerk exchange emails.
Right, the judge has logged off. He's going to seek some technical assistance, but I suspect the next move might be 'logging on again'.
The judge is back... But one of the QCs has disappeared from view and been replaced by a blank screen.
Yep, he's going to log out and log back in again.
