A police union claims that cops were “intentionally poisoned” at Shake Shack. I’ll await more facts, but cops have recently lied to/misled ppl about finding razors in their sandwiches & receiving drink orders w/ the word “pig” written on their cups.

Skepticism seems warranted.
There are two major claims in this headline. The first is that the cops were poisoned at Shake Shack. The second is that the alleged poisoning was intentional.

If they have evidence that it was an intentional poisoning, where are the arrests and charges?
Meanwhile, the unsubstantiated allegations about Shake Shack are already being used as propaganda to smear BLM and “evil liberals”.
Just in: Rodney Harrison, the chief of The Detectives Bureau in the NYPD, says a “thorough investigation” has determined “that there was no criminality by Shake Shack’s employees.”

Talk about timing...

The police union has weighed in on their debunked Shake Shack story.

(FYI: “it was reported” = “we reported it”.) If you can’t even own a mistake in a tweet, why should anyone trust you to responsibly make life-or-death decisions — and admit when you made the wrong call?
