So who is going to FOIA the expenditures of VSP, Albemarle Police Dept, CPD, and UVA Police today? You know, just to see how much the Defend the Police block party, uh, cost them.
Ok well, I just FOIAed all of those agencies for all docs, communications, line-by-Line expenditures, and a time block of CAD data related to the Defund the Police block party.
When they come back with exorbitant fees to fulfill the request, message me if you want to chip in. I’ll share all docs and info!
An update: I narrowed the communications/preparations request down to just the Chief of Police and the three police captains, because otherwise every CPD would have to search their emails for possible communication re: Defund the Police BP, which would take a long time.
