In our day to day life we meet many friends/colleagues who lack skills. That’s fine.

What is annoying about some of them is that they are absolutely convinced that they know everything.
I think we have all met someone whose performance stinks but they’re still confident that their performance is good.

Their main problem is not lacking skills but is the inability to accept that they lack skills. Such people cannot accept constructive feedback.
My advice to such people is that – “Don’t lie to yourself.”

You will start to learn only when you understand that there is a need to learn.
I know all of this because I have been through this. Not too long ago I was that person.
I have noticed one thing that is common in every expert that I have met in my life.

They are really humble. I think we should all learn from them.
Escape the Mount Stupid as soon as possible. Know when you need help.
Ask for suggestion when you need one. Analyse people’s suggestions. Be Humble.
Also do me a favour and always criticise me when i am wrong.
