Where are the drivists? They've got four lanes, and not using them.
Don't drivists drive when it's raining?
The drivists? They use it for an hour in the morning to get to work, and then it's empty for the rest of the day.
Another day, and still no drivists using the driving lanes that have been built for them at great expense.
When will this waste of money stop?
Some drivists have accused me of cherry-picking video from London's Embankment showing empty driving lanes.

So here's London's Hyde Park Corner ... and there's no drivists in the SIX DRIVING LANES either.
Four days I've been looking - FOUR DAYS - and I still haven't seen a drivist using their driving lanes on the Embankment.
(This game is way too easy ... )
OK it's raining, so here's a few drivists using one of their 4 driving lanes.
Do the drivists really need four lanes of segregated driving space after the rush hour? There's so few of them.
And we're back to normal ... mid-morning, not a drivist to be seen.
What did I say this morning? After the rush hour, you never see a drivist using their four lanes on the #Embankment.
Maybe on Saturday morning we'll see a drivist using one of the four driving lanes built for them at great expense ... wait for it ... oh.
If you're following this thread, you know the story by now ... something about drivists, four empty driving lanes, waste of money, etc. ... #Embankment
I've again been accused by drivists of cherry-picking bits of #Embankment video so, again, here's the SIX empty driving lanes at #HydeParkCorner, and not a drivist to be seen.
#WhatAWaste
(But look at the people cycling on Apsley Way for Wellington Arch, on the left).
Anyway, back to the #Embankment, where the drivists still ain't using any of their four segregated driving lanes.
<sighs>
Well, if there's never any drivists to use any of the four driving lanes built for their use, why shouldn't someone ride a bicycle on one of them?
#Embankment
As rush-hour is over, there aren't any drivists driving on their four lanes on #Embankment, but there are dismounted drivists over on the pavement, wearing hiviz and helmets đź‘Ť
<Attenborough voice>
Here, a rarely spotted drivist, possibly a taxius forhireus, prowls along the #Embankment, safely separated from the active cohort of Londoners proceeding majestically towards home.
"they only use it 2 or 3 hours a day .. it's a waste of space"
#drivists
It's nearly knocking off time for Friday. Maybe, a few of them will turn up and use their four segregated lanes
#drivists
It's a bit damp this morning ... maybe that's why the #drivists are nowhere to be seen.
#Embankment #FourEmptyLanes
"cycle lanes are causing congestion", says a coalition of London's Tories, climate-change deniers and tax dodgers.
#EmptyLanes #Drivists
At the peak of the working day, I finally find 3 #drivists using their 4 segregated lanes.
Meanwhile, 6 people pootle along in 1/4 of the space.
Rush hour on London's "gridlocked 24x7" Embankment, where people pootling along on bicycles outnumber #drivists.
Why not cycle on the #FourEmptyDrivingLanes if they're not being used?
The peak of the working day ... gridlock ... emergency services delayed ... where people on bicycles outnumber the drivists.
#FourEmptyDrivingLanes #Embankment
What a waste! Those denim-clad #drivists only use it 2 hours a day!
#FourEmptyDrivingLanes
Hard working tax payers have built all that space for them, and they only use it 2 hours a day.
.
.
<Wait for it ...>
Oh.
Where's all the #drivists? #FourEmptyDrivingLanes
8 people on bicycles, using 1/4 of the space given to 2 drivists.
#FourEmptyDrivingLanes
Is 5pm the start of rush hour? A #drivist or two might turn up and use their four segregated driving lanes.
Friday rush hour.
Four segregated driving lanes have built for the #drivists at huge expense. Where are they?
