My 5 tips on how to START a 7 figure e-commerce brand

Lean. Mean. Profit Machine.

~THREAD~
1. First off, it’s not as hard as you think to grow an ultra-lean online business with 7 figures in revenue

Easiest way to start IMO…is w/ a niche that you’re apart of.

This is your competitive advantage. You know this lifestyle.

Build a product for you / this small niche.
2. Emotional connection.

Create a connection. This will separate you & get you early sales.

Can you donate xyz % of sales? How can you connect w/ your consumer?

(I always look at old surf brands & think…if these guys sell online…0 chance they succeed. No connection)
3. Lifetime Value

Create a product for a niche that keeps them coming back for more.

Problem w/ most advice is they tell you “find a problem & fix it” a lot of times once the problem is fixed…customers don’t return (not good)

High customer LTV value is worth cash 4 investors
4. Focus on 1 customer acquisition channel

Focus on either Facebook ads or Google ads to prove your concept.

Get mockups, run ads, and see what you can get conversions for.

Then run the numbers (product cost, ads cost & LTV estimate)

Don't order product unless numbers run.
5. Start Small

Put starting inventory in a store unit, garage, etc

(You don't need to "flex" a fancy office / warehouse)

You shouldn’t invest much to get going. The brand I’m currently building started with $17k in inventory.

Now we’re scaling & pumping $7k in sales a day
When I started my first brand I was in college and going to festivals so making hydration packs was perfect.

Girls, partying, festivals, I knew that niche better than anyone at 22.

Often your next business is staring at you right in the face....with shit you do everyday
