You are most powerful when you act from a place of wholeness and integrity.

A great question to ask is,
why am I doing what I’m doing?

Is it performative?
Is it to go along with the status quo?
Am I following a trend?
Am I allowing others to program me?
Am I aligned?

Even if you haven’t checked in with yourself before you can start this practice today.

If you determine that you have been acting from an unclear place, simply acknowledge this without judgement.

And ask, how can I show up today in a way that is authentic and whole?

There will always be distractions from you returning home to yourself. But that place of inner connection is the place where your guidance, instructions, your unique contribution will be clarified for you. This is essential so that you is not abandon yourself.

You may find the actions you choose to take will be the very same actions that you took before you djd a self check. But the difference is now those actions will be coming from a completely different place. A place where you considered yourself and how you want to show up.

Your Presence is your power.
Clear your mind, open your heart, come home to your body and then put on the armor of God
- the breastplate of righteousness
- the gospel of peace
- the shield of faith
- the helmet of salvation
- the sword of the Spirit,
which is the word of God.

I dont get pulled into propoganda about how I need to show up to create change because I am an intentional person and I don’t perform. I check in every day and ask, how I can use my unique gifts and experiences to be in service. I don’t wait until tragedy happens to show up.
