While watching what is unfolding in Greater Phoenix, Gallegos, Garcia & a few other elected officials in Tucson and Yuma Sector have been working to undermine AZ Police, AZ National Guard, ICE and US LE. This past Saturday, DACA & non citizens were arrested during the PHX riots
One of those arrested was local DACA racist http://resist.org Maxima Elvida Guerrero Sanchez (30), aka Maxima Guerrero. Guerrero is a fellow activist of immigrant Carlos Garcia. Following arrest she was labeled as a "legal observer" of protest by Elected Officials.

Mon 1 June 2020 Phoenix City Councilman DiDiccio & his aid sent up public SOS that they were being coerced into agreement to push release of all protest/riot arrested detainees. 1) DiCiccio 2) Samuel Stone. Don't release all arrested (specifically Guerrero) no budget passage.
