Here are some tips for protesters to be more organized.

Cover your face completely, and paint the rest of the exposed skin with face paint to be unidentifiable. Wear helmets to protect yourself from rubber bullets and any type of debris that could give you a head injury. #1
Bring a backpack full of supplies (Water, Protein Bars, Extra pair of clothes, Extra Mask, first aid kit)

Wear goggles that are rated ANSI z87 to protect your eyes from debris and rubber bullets.

Wear Heat resistant gloves to pickup tear gas canisters.
Wear a BLACK SHIRT so police officers have a hard time picking out people from the crowd of protesters if they move in towards protesters.

How to get rid of Tear Gas canisters (Idea from Hong Kong Protests):

Take a traffic cone and place it above the Tear Gas Canister, #2
then pour water from the top of it until it's extinguished.

Bring umbrellas to conceal identities and use anything that COULD be used as a shield to prevent injury from rubber bullets.

Bring Knee pads to prevent injury on your knees if you fall and bring makeshift armor #3
to prevent any sort of injury to your body.

MOVEMENT:

When you see a LARGE police presence. Instead of staying at the same street and risking to get arrested. Safely move all together to another street. Riot police are trained to squeeze protesters together to #4
disperse the crowd to end the protest. Hong Kong protesters use a slogan "BE WATER" which means move all together at once and smoothly for the most efficient protest.

PREVENT PEOPLE FROM VANDALIZING. That isn't a protest that's a crime. #4
CREATE BARRICADES WITH FENCES, CONES, BRICKS AND SUCH ITEMS.

Bring laser pointers to aim towards surveillance cameras.

DO NOT FORGET WE ARE DOING THIS TOGETHER FOR CHANGE. WORK TOGETHER.

Teamwork makes the dream work right?
