2/ Mar a Lago is taxed as a private club.
The @PBCPAO says the total building SF is 76,821 and acreage is 17.5.
There were no exemptions and the taxes for last year were ONLY $519,940.
3/ its closest similar neighbor is a private home. The specs are 68,381 SF and 5.14 acres. AFTER a homestead exemption discount their taxes were $1,168,714!!
4/ To be fair I checked another neighbor. They have a total of 32,316 SF and 4.92 acres. They also receive a homestead tax deduction of $50,000 off their value and still paid a whopping $919,311 in taxes for last year.
5/ @pbcgov and @PBCPAO have been giving trump a MAJOR discount on his taxes for many years, yet still he was allowed to fraudulently claim domicile here, fraudulently registered to vote and continues to harass our local municipalities to let him break the rules HE AGREED TO!
6/ His neighbors pay their fair share and he fleeces the fuck out of the county.

They should retroactively charge him for the increased residential taxes for as long as he's been breaking the rules and laws.@ChrissyCentazzo maybe you'd like to chime in?
7/ Last thought... He's also using his office of President to bully the town into letting him build a dock. Not that I expect less of him, any chance he has to use his title to his personal advantage he takes it.
