When you were born I’m sure you didn’t know about cars or driving and you couldn’t even be bothered about it.

You probably also saw your parents drive a real car but you the truth is: YOU COULDN’T DRIVE!
Now this is the Conscious Incompetence Level where you begin

to realize the need to learn, gain awareness on what you don’t know and discover that you actually need to get to know a thing.
At this 3rd Stage which is the Conscious Competence Level, you begin to take baby steps learning how to drive.
You make tons of mistakes at first.

You have to calculate everything from adjusting the seat to being reminded to use the belt, igniting the car, engaging the first gear, adjusting the mirrors and releasing the clutch and the car would always jerk and go off as you move.
You know why?

This is generally how things are at this level.

You hit Level 4 of the Mastery Cycle of Driving and you enter a car, ignite it and drive without thinking.

But I need you to know this.
You are either on Level 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Your goal is to climb up to 4.
Because this is the level where you become a scarce resource.
You become an authority.
People will literally shed a tear to have you use your skill to solve their problems.

You become a slave to learning. You must damn the shame and allow this level consume you.
Wade off distractions.
Every top person today was once a student and grew through the ranks.
Be humble as you learn.

This is your easiest and cheapest way to learn.
Find someone already doing what you want to do and begin to thoroughly observe them.
The WHY and HOW questions are key here.

At this level, you need to practice what you have learnt by

As you give yourself to continuous practice, your mind begins to experience a desire to create and make stuff happen.

You are now insanely good and your mind has been formed to solve problems in a new way that constantly wows your audience and even your mentors.

To become highly skilled at anything, you:
• Become Self Aware and
• Become a Learner Aggresively.
To make this happen, find someone already good at that skill, then
• Learn by Observation.
• Improve by Continous Practice and
• Apply the skill.
