People willing to ADD WEIGHT are usually not given so much concern and attention so I'd be giving some tips and some energy densed foods....

Note: You only need to add weight if your B.M.I is less than 18.5kg per metre square

Tips
* In other to add weight you need to eat more and burn less energy
* You need to eat more than you usually do,use a bigger plate when dishing your food
* Eat often (at least five times a day)
* You have to reduce your Activity Level,you can't be working like a workaholic and expect fat to fall from heaven
* Relax and sleep as much as possible
*Eat an adequate diet
* Do not, i repeat do not drink water before or while eating because it would fill your stomach,occupying the space for food
*Snack on nuts
* Combination of foods like beans and yam,rice and beans,beans and bread
* Take smoothies using varieties of fruit
Examples of energy densed foods
* Fufu
* Pounded yam
* Wheat
* Garri(Eba)
* Rice
* Fried foods
* Flour
*Nuts- Cashew nut,groundnut,almond nut,coconut, walnut
*Use butter ,cheese and mayonnaise for your spread
* Take fruits especially banana,avocado, mango and pear,dried raisins
* Consume catfish,mackerel,chicken breast,wings,drumstick
* Use whole milk(Full cream milk) or condensed milk you have no business with filled milk or skimmed milk
