Reminder that Michael Jackson is innocent and was vindicated by the FBI. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that proves his innocence and it’s out there for anyone to look up.
But still too many people (especially white people) don’t bother doing proper research because they want this man to be guilty so badly.
Which is weird because his innocence proves that no kids were traumatized because of him. And last time I checked that’s a good thing.

But they still want this man to be guilty so that they can keep blindly believing in this narrative that Michael Jackson was this weird, monstrous, freak. This is not true.
It is a false narrative that was born from white journalism in a desperate attempt to ruin a black man that they considered to have too much power and too much influence.
It’s important to remember that in the 80’s, Michael Jackson became the first truly global black superstar of the post civil rights era.
Before that, racial prejudice was still very present in the industry (still is today tbh), despite their “open-arms” attitude.

For black people it was basically like “you can be successful all you want, so long as you don’t become more successful than whichever white person was considered to be at the top.”
You’ll notice that before Thriller, Michael Jackson didn’t really have to deal with bad press. He and his brothers were doing their thing and people loved them. Both as a member of J5 and as a soloist, Michael was incredibly successful.
But even so, he wasn’t considered to be the best in the game. Not yet at least. But then he dropped Thriller and everything changed. “Suddenly” he was at the top of the game and his fame equaled (arguably surpassed) that of Elvis and The Beatles.
And coincidently enough it was post-Thriller that tabloids started slandering the hell out of that man. They hated seeing a black man with as much power, influence, money, success as MJ had.
So they decided to try and ruin his reputation and by extension his career, through the court of public opinion. But the guy hadn’t done anything wrong. There was literally nothing for them to go off of. So, they made it up.
Rumors of how he bleached his skin when in reality it was vitiligo that caused his skin to lose it’s pigmentation. Rumors that he hated being black and that this was why he had his nose done so much. Again not true.
He got reconstructive surgery as a consequence of discoid lupus, an autoimmune disease he suffered from.
Rumors of oxygen chambers and Elephant man’s bones and all that crap. Just a bunch a weird, made up stories to try and tear him down.

This is also why to this day, they refuse to give proper media coverage for all this proof of his innocence because the fact that people believe he is guilty works in their favor.
They don’t want black people to have heroes and idols they can look up to. They don’t want black people in positions of power, simple as that.
I’m not a pedo apologist and I do think you should believe victims.
But it’s also important to remember that as fucked up as it is, there is still a low percentage of sexual assault cases that are made up (I think it’s 4-8%??).

And mj’s case is apart of this percentage of fake cases. Accusations that are made by evil and greedy people. MJ being who he was, was the perfect target for these people.
And of course America (especially white america) blindly believes these accusers. A black man gets vindicated in court, there is concrete evidence of his innocence and tons of people who knew him personally have spoken out to say that they never suffered any abuse from him.
But a few white men who are known to have lied in the past, come up with a “documentary” that is full of inconsistencies and people just eat it up.

If y’all cared about these accusers as much as you claim you do, you would’ve bothered to do the necessary research, only to find that Michael was innocent. But y’all don’t actually care about these “victims”.
Y’all just refuse to admit that you were wrong about the kind of person that MJ was. You aren’t being woke, you’re just being willfully ignorant.

I know for a fact that if this had been a white man in his position (being falsely accused and then vindicated), people would’ve let it go a long time ago. Media would’ve given proper coverage to the situation and then people would’ve accepted innocence and moved on.
For all his fame and fortune, MJ was still a black man. Given the American justice system’s history with racial prejudice, you can be damn sure that if the fbi has found literally anything that could prove his guilt, they would’ve used it against him in every way they could.
He was unorthodox as a person, everyone in his position would be, but his behavior was never criminal. And the fact that y’all still insists on dragging that man’s name and legacy through dirt is fucking disgusting. Just let him rest in peace.
It just really makes me sad that this man gave his life, his heart, his soul, his blood, sweat and tears into his art and his performances. He used his platform to help people and to bring them happiness because he cared about the world so much it’s ridiculous.
And this is what he got in return??? Heartbreaking.
