שנו חכמים בלשון המשנה ברוך שבחר בהם ובמשנתם
The following is a list of words which I believe made their way into hebrew from translations of judeo Arabic by Ibn Tibbon or the like and have no root, or are only barely related to a similar word, in biblical or mishnaic hebrew
גשם (גשמיות)
جسم - body
יתכן
يكون - is being, will be
סיבה
سبب - cause
הרכבה
To mean combination
مركب - composite, combination
צדק, יצטדק
To mean correct, to be correct
صدق - truth
רוחני, רוחניות
روحاني - spiritual
מרכז
مركز - center
טבע
طبيعه - nature
עלה
To mean cause
علة - cause
מאמר
To mean thing
أمر - thing
I'm also very leery of the word
ענין
To mean a subject or a matter. I suspect it has something to do with
عن - on, about
I also suspect
אם ירצה ה'
Is taken from
إن شاءالله
נוסח
To mean copy, transcription, version
نسخ - copy
חוש
To mean any of the senses
حس - sense
נמצא
to mean something exists
موجود
To exist, and also to be found
מובן
to mean understandable
مبين
clear, lucid

(didn't do a huge amount of research on this one, but a cursory search indicates it first shows up in sefardi rishonim. Obviously the construction makes sense in hebrew, but it appears no one ever used it before the arabic influence)
סגולה
to mean a property in the philosophical sense. There's no particular arabic cognate for this, but the usage is probably borrowed from philosophy texts, probably arabic ones. Similar to
קִניָן
to mean property in the same philosophical sense, but that's used less often
אמונה
to mean "faith". In Tenach it means "trustworthiness". I believe it means "trustworthiness" exclusively in mishnah and talmud as well. From:
إيمان
Faith
שטח
To mean "surface". In the bible it seems to mean "spread out"
سطح
- surface
רצוני לומר
Is a very popular refrain in rabbinic writing, it apparently stems from translation of
يعني
(I mean)
