Last couple of days in Maharashtra politics their is a sudden intrest on what transpired between result day of 24th October 2019 to 28th November 2019.

This sudden intrest is because of
two journalist @jitendradixit & @kamleshsutar announcing their book on government formation event.

Journalist writing book on election & government formation is nothing new but problem arises when these journalist start acting as PR of some Political leaders & start distorting facts just for sensationalism.

These two books by these journalist is nothing but a PR for old Maratha Fox & NCP supremo Sharadrao Pawar.

In these thread I will present you the most comprehensive information which is yet to out in public domain about what transpired in those 35 days in Maharashtra Politics

BJP SENA combine won the election but tension started on the result day itself when Sena Supremo Uddhav Thackeray in the victory press conference announced that their will be 50-50 power sharing in the new government.

This statement of Thackeray on the evening of 24th October was the worst nightmare for BJP leader & then chief minister Devendra fadnavis.

Uddhav was adamant to talk with only Narendra Modi & Amit Shah as he declined to take call of Fadnavis that night. Sensing the situation BJP top brass asked Fadnavis to leave the matter till Diwali & see if someone from sena contacts any Mahrashtra leaders of BJP or not.

Diwali was on 27th October but the presser from Samna editor Sanjay Raut on 25th 26th & on diwali day was enough to give hint to the top brass of BJP that Sena is in no mood of backing off this time.

On the day of result NCP supremo said that people of Maharashtra has given his party mandate to sit in opposition but come 28th of October things turned drastically.

28th October was the Gujarati new year a Top Business Tycoon of Ahmedabad who's fortune are high in last couple of years called BJP President Amit Shah & wished him Saal Mubarak.

After exchanging pleasantries this businessman who is also close to NCP leadership & has business in ports too delivered a message to Shah that he will get call shortly from Bidi King.

Shah got call from Bidi King (NCP Gujarati leader) on 28th evening with msg that Ajit Pawar & a section of NCP leaders thinks that BJP-NCP alliance will be good for Maharashtra & the have conveyed this to their leader Sharadrao too .

NCP from starting was divided in two groups on whom to form alliance with .one section of Ajit Praful Tatkare & Munde wanted to go with BJP.

Other Group lead By silent Supriya Jayant Awhad Deshmukh & Nawab malik who wanted to keep BJP out of power at any cost.

Sharadrao was now talking with two parties at a same time one he himself With Sanjay Raut & Sena . On the other hand he gave Job to Bidi king to talk with BJP.

In the mean while with each & every passing day Sena through Sanjay Raut was threatening & abusing BJP leadership publicly. It was enough for Congress to sneak a chance .

In the mean time local Congress leaders along with newly won MLA started creating pressure on high command that Congress should form government with Sena which will keep BJP out of Power.

Amidst all this Gadkari & Ahmed Patel meet on 6th November at Gadkari Delhi residence this time Gadkari job was to deliver a msg of Amit shah .

Message was just crisp & clear that BJP won the mandate of Maharashtra & if Congress tries to steal this mandate then be ready for the backlash in MP & Rajasthan.

Ahmed Patel who himself was trying his all political might to save his son from agency scanner assured that Congress is least interested in alliance with Sena because of ideological differences.

As the date of previous assembly was coming to end Devendra Fadnavis on 8th November resigned as the Chief minister of Maharashtra.

With Devendra resignation & Both Sena NCP not having letters of support in their favour Governor Koshyari recommended President rule on 12th November

With Congress still in doubt about forming government with Sena NCP supremo roped his Pune business Tycoon freind an old Congress loyalist business house namely Rahul Bajaj to persuade Sonia Gandhi & Rahul Gandhi .

In between talks was not moving forward between Bidi King & Shah too as NCP was demanding way more flesh then it deserved.

Among all this chaos it was decided that both Sharadrao Pawar & Narendra Modi should meet one to one to find a common ground so that they can work together.

A ground was laid a scenario was created & a date was finalised 20th November for meeting between the two. In public Sharadrao said that he was meeting Narendra Modi for Farmers issue.

On 18th November Monday During his speech in parliament Modi publicly praised NCP supremo & his party for their conduct in parliament.

This praise by Modi did wonders for Pawar because same evening he was meeting Congress President Sonia Gandhi . Sonia was aware that if she didn't show interest in forming government it will be like lossing an alliance partner.

Sonia who was already being persuaded by Rahul bajaj to form this government was in a fixed because Rahul Gandhi & Kerala lobby of Congress where against the alliance.

So Sonia in the meeting of 18th with sharadrao said that she can assure him outside support but to be part of the government she needs time to think.

With these Pawar left Sonia house & Breifed media that they will ask state leaders of their alliance & will see if they can form Government. And also said that they are in no hurry to form government.

Now comes the D day 20th November the meeting about which only one side of the story has been revealed by Sharadrao Pawar himself to media.

About the same meeting Fadnavis said in December itself after Sharad Pawar interview spree that at appropriate time complete details of the meeting will be made public.

Today I will reveal you the details of the meeting in subsequent tweets about what transpired between Narendra Modi & Sharadrao Pawar on that afternoon of November 20th.

In the meeting on 20th Sharadrao said to Modi that he is ready to support BJP & Join NDA but for that BJP needs to drop Devendra fadnavis as the CM & let Gadkari or any other leader lead Maharashtra.

This was his first demand to join NDA which Modi politely declined saying Sharad Babu jiske naam pe chunav lada aur jeeta use hatane ka sawal hi nahi uthta

Then Pawar asked what will be his party role & what all they will get if they agree with Devendra as the CM. On which Modi called Shah to join them in the meeting .

With Shah joining the meeting now it was all about power sharing & cabinet post discussion.

Pawar Demanded central Ministry of agriculture for his daughter supriya which Modi said that is not possible if Pawar himself join cabinet he will happily give him that but for supriya it's a big NO.

Modi offered Women & Child ministry for Supriya. Upon which Sharadrao said in that case he will need both Home & Finance in state government.

Hearing the demand of Home & Finance Amit Shah said that Home is big NO to alliance home will be with cheif minister only . This statement of Shah irked Pawar.

He said to Modi if this is the case then we should be freinds but it will be difficult to work together. Along with that he assured PM that he will not oppose his policy just for the sake of opposition.

While leaving Pawar once again said to Modi that he will only take his next political decision post 4:00PM that evening. So he will wait for his call or reply on his proposal.

Around 2:30 PM Anurag Thakur called Pawar & said home is Big NO from the party he can take his decision on alliance on that basis.

Same evening Pawar met Sonia & said that if they delay further on Government formation it will give BJP window for horse trading.

So it was decided that Ahmed Patel & Kharge will head to Mumbai for alliance Talks with Sena & all other existing alliance partners

On 22nd when all three Party meet for formal talks in Mumbai it was decided that Uddhav will lead the alliance.

With CM issue settled now the hard bargaining for plumb portfolio started. During this decision their were many heated exchanges between NCP & Congress leaders.

After some exchanges Senior Pawar decided to leave the meeting & asked his party members to continue with meeting.

Senior Pawar while leaving the meeting spot told media that they have decided Uddhav as CM of the alliance & they will soon stake claim for government formation.

But inside the meeting centre their was no unanimity about Power sharing at one Moment it was a ugly spat between Ajit Pawar & Ahmed Patel .

After this spat Ajit left the meeting & soon the meeting was called off . Ajit while leaving was carrying support letter signed by NCP MLA with him.

With support letter with him Ajit along with close associate Dhananjay munde called Devendra fadnavis. In the mean time Bidi king called shah .

With MLA letters & support government formation was easy route on 23rd Morning Devendra fadnavis & Ajit Pawar Sworn as the CM & deputy CM.

Rest was all transpired in full media glare but things as of now today are all not honkey dory within MVA.

One Sena leader with 13 MLA in his side who also gave Wadhawan letter to media is in touch with BJP.

Not only this but one Congress leader having 9 MLA in his side is also in touch with BJP.

Though slowly but Operation Kamal in Maharashtra is taking shape & as Shah said Maharashtra experiment of congress will have backlash in MP & Rajasthan , one (MP) is already done now wait for another one.
