There is an all-time list of ICC rating points for bowlers. Each bowler appears once in the list whenever he was at the top in his career i.e. achieved the highest career rating points. (Cont ) https://twitter.com/bae_parvaah/status/1259903287580676099
According to the Top 30 in that list, the number of bowlers that Tendulkar faced at their peak is 12 For Kohli, that number is 2
If you feel top 30 is too less, let’s take Top 50 bowlers of all time at their peak. The number Sachin has faced is 22, as follows👇🏻 (cont)
In order (Rank, Rating points, Name, Country, Rating points achieved against Opponent and on Date:)

Sachin Tendulkar:
Kohli has been playing for 11 years now with more than 200 ODIs, scoring over 10,000 runs How many of them were against the best bowlers ever (based on the list)?

It is 8 bowlers out of Top 50 and look who they are: (cont )
3 are Pakistanis ( 2 are not bowling anymore ) and India and Pakistan are not playing regularly against each other except in World Cups, Asia cups etc which is only once a year or 2.That leaves 5 bowlers one of whom is Rashid of Afg how many times Kohli faced him in ODI? (Cont)
Narine- 9 matches (Action reported since 2014, not bowling since 2016)
Tahir
Starc
Boult

Now compare them with quality of Bowlers Sachin failed ( Leave conditions etc ) (cont )
Although you cannot take anything away from Kohli’s quality, that is undeniably a big difference. And this was generally in an era where bats were smaller, boundaries were longer, totals scored were lesser and rules were not that much in favor of batsmen. (Cont )
At the end you need support from other batters to win matches a single batter can’t win you matches every time. Thank you 🙏
