what I'd look for

* dirty data - stuff tied up in PDFs/ esoteric gov't filings
* longitudinal data
* something that analysts spend time manually extracting and reporting on
* data embedded in user workflows
* enterprise/gov't clients (I don't know consumer/smb so could be wrong)

Harder for enterprise level SaaS

But clear value for competitive intel, mkt research

Royalty- or revenue-based financing for freelance writers, analysts or researchers building subscription products/brands (Substack or otherwise)
