**Wealth Thread**

A lot of people want to know how to be wealthy however few make the necessary moves

So I wanted to take a moment and rattle off the fundamentals that we are currently using

The more open we are with our money the more everyone grows yourself included

1. Spend less then you Make

Personal Finance 101

If you are not currently doing this you will never be wealthy!!!

Stop and evaluate what you are doing

2. Emergency Fund

Life has a crazy way of helping us learn this lesson

3-6 months of expenses is the standard

Have this amount in a high earning savings account

Personally we use Capital One (1.5% interest)

3. Make Savings Automatic

The less you can mess up the better

Retirement savings through employer or your investing

Make it automatic, you do not want to have to think about moving money each month

Have it done for you - you will see your savings % and Wealth Increase

4. Multiple Income Streams

This step is always evolving

The idea is to always have money coming in

Personally we have:
- 9-5 income
- side hustle income
- investing income

Currently 95% comes from 9-5, we are pushing to change that to 50%

5. Invest in Cash producing investments

Dividend investing

This is one option that we have about 20$/month coming in passively.

Looking to grow this to 50$/month

6. TIME

No one wants to sell you on TIME

If we are honest you know that this will take TIME

The TIME is what makes it enjoyable
