OK, one more example for the Legitimacy Agenda. Biden should warn Putin that he will be held responsible for Russian meddling in our election. Not just Russia, but Putin personally. He will be doxxed. His financial information exposed. His account numbers and passwords exposed.

Day 1-Biden DOJ should file suit to declare all emoluments received by trmp during his presidency to be held in “constructive trust” for the American people.

1 more piece of the “Legitimacy Agenda” is the REENACTMENT—verbatim—of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, to resume “pre-clearance” for voting law changes, & make it mandatory for ALL states. And to dare the S.Ct to hold again that there is no systemic racism in the U.S.
Read RBG’s dissent in Shelby County v. Holder. She had it right. The Court threw out the VRA because John Roberts substituted his judgment for that of a UNANIMOUS Congress. He didn’t call balls and strikes. He rewrote the whole rule book in an act of cynical political power.
