I am writing about IOL Chemicals from 92 rs levels now again writing about IOL because of some recent developments
1- IOL largest manufacturer of ibuprofen -12000 TPA , global demand is 36000 TPA , solara pharma is manufacturing 5000 TPA

2- integrated Ibuprofen manufacturing, only inner sodium metal required from China nothing else , solara raw material from Vinati organics

3- BASF plant will start in 2022, and ibuprofen demand is increasing so I don’t think there will be oversupply.
4 - in last 2 years company paid the debt of around 425 Cr and now debt free , you can imagine cash flow of company

5- To Reduce dependency on single product IOL started manufacturing Pantoprazole which is commonest drug used for acidity ( ranitidine controversy will increase its demand ) capacity 240 MPTA

6- It started manufacturing clopidogril - one of the commonest blood thinning drug for heart patient and metformin 4000TPA ( commonest anti diabetic drug )and fenofibrate ( for heart patient ) all above products will be in increased demand due to increasing diabetic population

7- Already manufacturing chemicals for self use and selling others
8- first dividend given in feb 2020 by company
9- Developing some new API and chemicals .

sorbitol 70% sweetener used in syrups , tablet toothpaste,mouthwash, food items , as laxative , energy drink and in many other things because sorbitol doesn’t cause tooth decay and low calorie sweetener , major manufacturer is gulshan poly

Another chemical under development is Acetonitrile -used in pharma, rubber , perfume, major producer is reliance industry and in India import of Acetonitrile in India is 7000 TPA PLEASE ADD MORE IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IOL

Correction-alkyl amines and Balaji amines produces Acetonitrile ( Balaji capacity was ready but I don’t know whether they got noc , these two produce by acetic acid and reliance produces as a byproduct of acrylonitrile manufacturing, IOL I think will produce by acetic acid
