Mean Average of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 40.33

Mean SR of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 71.57 (VIV 91.6)

100s Per Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 5.6 (There were less ODIs played in 80s)
01 Jan 1990 To 31Dec 1999

Mean Average of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 38.76

Mean SR of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 79.83

100s per Top 10 Run Getters in the Decade= 10.6
01 Jan 2000 To 31 Dec 2009

Mean Average of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 40.42

Mean SR of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 80.63

100s Per Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 14.4
01 Jan 2010 To 31 Dec 2019

Mean Average of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 51.07

Mean SR of Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 90.37

100s Per Top 10 Run getters in the decade = 20.6
If we compare three decades 90s, 00s, 10s (not comparing 80s coz of less amount of ODI cricket), in 90s there was best balance between ball and bat, 2000s figures are very close to 90s figures but in 2010s rapid increase rate in all three above mentioned aspects
