What you thought was the NHS is gone, 20+ years of bipartisan plunder & privatization is seeing its finishing touches, the top-down restructuring underway will drastically reduce services & capacity indefinitely, all under guise of a public health scare.

What's most amazing about all this is the total lack of conscience from NHS staff, no whistleblowers, nothing. Millions are being deprived of care for the foreseeable, its not going to come back overnight.
Yet they are more concerned with visors and gowns to avoid a nasty cold.
