You can use the twitter advanced search by using tags - the simplest one is (from:username) which limits your searches to a particular account.

e.g. Search for "(from:localnotail) thisisbrexit"

Gets you everything I have ever tagged with #ThisIsBrexit
Or search for "(from: @stephenfry) cats"

To get every tweet that Stephen Fry made with the word cat in it.
Might not all actually be *about* cats

There are a few command codes you can type in to search Twitter

"since" & "until" to date limit
E.g.
since:2018-06-23 until:2018-06-24" = all posts made on 23 June 2018
