After much thought yesterday I've decided options and a conclusion of where possibly Jesus' SRY Gene must have come from. First, some considerations:
1) it's affirmed in a bunch of Canons that Christ's Body came purely from Mary. Zero Joseph Body. Zero Seed (Sperm), so God had to have fashioned the Gene from within Mary's genetic material.
2) This is tricky because the Gene only exists on the Y Chromosome. Period.
3) Jesus was a normative 100% biological and physiological dimorphic not intersex penis and testicles genital having dudebro, a Perfect (as in Normative) Man.
4) Likewise iirc it is also Dogma (iirc?) that Mary's Body was a Perfect (as in Normative) Woman.
We are here faced with two possible conclusions:
A) Mary was biological dimorphic normative woman, ie XX Chromosome
B) Mary was in some capacity Intersex.
Ones being intersex does necessarily make one have some apparent physiological non-normative reality, such as infertility or phenotypic irregularity. This was an assumption of older days now proven wrong.

One can be Perfect while also being Intersex, imho.
A) Would require the miracle of God fashioning a Y Chromosome and SRY Gene from nothing, in which case Jesus either (I) has a Unique Y Chromosome only He had, or (II) God took a pre-existent Y Chromosome (maybe Adam?).
The problem with A is that it is Dogma and Canon that Christ's Body came purely entirely completely from Mary (and thus Mary's ancestors, sorta). So (I) Unique Y is thrown out BUT (II) Adamic Y stays in but it's a stretch.
B) Here there are three types of Intersex relevant
I) Somatic Mosaic Syndrome
II) Germline Mosaic Syndrome
III) Turner's Syndrome
The most Problematic™ is (III), where Mary would've been XY but with an inactive Y, which is rare but possible to develop as a completely normative woman with reproductive capacity.
I and II are more chill. Basically at some point, whether during fertilization (ie two zygotes became one) , or during early zygotic development (ie Mary had a twin that she "ate"), so if you did a blood test you'd see XX and XY, but Mary would be a normative woman body wise.
This would allow for the Dogma/Canon that Jesus body came purely from Mary's body, and that Jesus was completely a bio physiological dudebro, while also reconciling the genetic reality that one needs an Active SRY Gene and thus a Y Chromosome to develop a penis during pregnancy.
However in the case if (A), the uniqueness of Christ's Human Body would lend itself to the Unique Y Chromosome reality, whereas in terms of Prophecy (New Adam), the Adamic Y Chromosome makes a certain sense.
Thus, you could make the argument that you can reconcile A and B in that:
Adamic Y, in the sense that Patrilineally from Mary's Father the Pure Adamic Y was conserved via genetic miracle (why not), which Mary inherited via Mosaic syndrome while maintaining a normative biological/physiological (genitalia and reproductive capacity) womanhood.
