Just for the continuation of knowledge transfer in EP. Revealing anatomical relationship between RSPV-SVC and CS-LA plays a key role for CNA. It gives u a chance to perform CNA empirically although usage of EGM is related to more limited and targeted ablation.
If you will use fragmanted EGMs as it suggested by our group, please remember you will see a high fragmantation in SN area due to the incursion of the nervous fibres into the SN myocardium(Fig1 by Pachon).Contrary to posteroseptal location of RSGP, SN is located anterolaterally
By using voltage map, you can detect potential structural involvement in SN area. Then, by using turbo map tool, you can quickly evaluate patient centric SN activation map. Now, you need to use right filter setting for detection of fragmanted sites. And apply abl in these sites
